Abstract:
This is side B of a double-sided map. The map covers from Argentine Islands in the north to the northern end
of Adelaide Island in the south, including: Grandidier Channel; Crystal Sound; Biscoe Islands; and Liard
Island.
The map shows topographic detail with a Landsat 8 satellite image mosaic backdrop. It includes coastline;
elevation information as contours and selected mountain summit heights; UK place names; scientific research
stations; Historic Sites and Monuments (HSMs) and Antarctic Specially Protected Areas (ASPAs).
Purpose:
This is side B of a double-sided map, covering from Argentine Islands in the north to the northern end of
Adelaide Island in the south.
