Abstract

This is one side of a double-sided map. This geological map covers Alexander, Rothschild, Charcot and Latady islands, as well as Wilkins, Bach and George VI ice shelves.

The map summarises decades of research in the region and displays interpretations of key geological units, showing both exposed geology and inferred geology under ice or snow. A geological cross section from Brahms Inlet to Two Step Cliffs is presented in the top left corner of the page. A detailed legend and reference list is included next to the main map.
